What happens if I exceed the limit?

Campaigns pause when the sending limit is reached; your subscribers are not deleted. Sending resumes as soon as you upgrade.

When do I need a dedicated IP?

Above roughly 100,000 sends per month a dedicated IP lets you manage your own reputation. It is included in Pro and Business, and warm-up is automatic.

Can I upload a purchased list?

No. Only subscribers with explicit consent can be mailed; imports with a high share of invalid addresses are rejected.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are monthly; upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
