By using the service you accept the terms below and the Anti-spam policy.
Account
The person opening an account is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the security of the account. Accounts are not transferable; one account may manage several customers (organisations).
Acceptable use
The Anti-spam and acceptable use policy is an integral part of these terms. Sending may be stopped without prior notice for use that violates the policy.
Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly. Plan changes apply immediately; on cancellation the service continues until the end of the period. No refunds are given for accounts closed for policy violations.
Service level and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available; planned maintenance is announced in advance. Acceptance or spam decisions by third-party mailbox providers are outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
Either party may end the service at any time. After termination you can export your data within 30 days; it is deleted at the end of that period.
